Today I did 5x800 1st one was a 2:29 2nd 2:25 3rd 2:29 4th 2:30 5th 2:29 I wish they could have all been faster but my legs hurt, we had 200 jog and a little walking brake then we had to get going again. Earlier today we ran the mile in Fit for life I tempod it also my legs have just been sore this week. So yea I need to work on staying at the same pace.
