Well we went back up to Simplot today to see Hannah run she got 4th in the mile and her team got 3rd in the 4X800 Hannah did great with in 800 meters she took her team for 6th or 7th place to 1st place it was awesome to watch when the 1st place team probably had allmost 100 meters on her so she did great. I missed the first part of her mile race though because I went on a run and lost track of time so anyways. Pretty good 7mile run with running up and down a ton of hills.

Well I toke it easier today I slowed down and ran with the guys to see if it would help me get my legs back under I felt pretty good so I think it worked. The average pace was a 7:08.

Well 5 miles today with the team Annalee came back since she is now done with swim. I have been feeling a little sick latly hopefully I get feel better and then I brusied a Tendion (or how ever you spell that) in my foot so hopefully it gets feeling better so hopefully I can get back and healthy.  Our pace for the run was a 7:07 it was really windy so not that bad for not feeling the best.

Well 5 miles today my body just hurts my foot especially so I ran on the dirt road behind the high school and working on the lay out for the new course now just need to get permission to move our course probably won't happen.  Anyways really windy run again my average pace was a 6:56 so really nice easy run.

Well 8 miles todays I felt pretty good I ran a 7:01 overall pace my body still hurt a little bit but what ever track starts in 2 days can't wait. My mile pace for this run went 6:53 6:49 6:57 7:12 7:07 7:08 6:30 7:27 so pretty good for now it needs to be a little faster when my body is feeling better.

I think I might bike tomarrow my ankle was hurting really bad Rawlins said I might need new shoes but I just got these shoes in December so I really don't want to have to buy more shoes dang running!!! Just kidding tomarrow is the first day of track will see how many people are there. So today our Average pace was a 7:15 so decent for running highland and not feeling the best today.

Well today was the first day of track. We did 6 miles we did a mile and half warm and 1.75 cool down we did a15:00 min tempo our firstmile was about a 5:31 second at a 5:36 so pretty good for being sick.

Well today we had practice we did a mile warm up then 5X800s with what ever time you got as a brake so first 800 at a 2:25 2nd 2:26 this is were I started to die  3rd 2:29 4th a 2:39 oh crap yea way to slow I felt like crap. Then the last one in a 2:33 I did it with Ethan sobetter but not were I needed it to be need to get myself feeling better. Then 2.5 miles cool down.

Well we did a mile warm up then we did 2x800 with 2:00 mins as a brake then we did 3x400 with 1:00min brake then a 600 with a 4:min brake but me and hunter toke a while and instead toke a 6 min brake then a 1000 at tempo pace my times where 2:24 2:24 1:10 1:08 1:10 1:45 I had breathing problems that why we toke a longer brake then for the 1000 I got a 3:12 I ran it way slow it felt way to easy. then 4.25 miles for a cool down.

Well 6 miles today I had a hair cut I forgot about had to run .25 of a mile crazzy fast inorder to get there but I still got there super late anyways tomarrow is a meet I am running the 400 yes the 400 and the 800 then after that I am doing a 5min tempo. Then on Saturday I am doing the 1600 the 3200 and I am helping out in the distance medley probably doing the 1200 so yea Saturdays going to be a beast. So these next couple of days are going to be fun/great.

Really crappy races today I started out with the mile the wind was super super bad it was freezing. But anyways the mile started and all I could think about is the 2mile big mistake anyways I got a 4:54 not good at all I should have ran faster then Brayden but I just started to give up then with me giving up I made us lose the relay teams for the mile we lost by 3 seconds I know I could have made those up ugh I am starting to get upset with running.  Then the 2mile came around ranked 5th but I knew I could beat some of the kids in frount of me I was in first for the first 2 or 3 laps then a weber kid past me I knew he would probably win it 2 other weber kids past me then I past one of them with 2 laps to go so I sat in 3rd I knew I could get 2nd place if I went but I just didnt have the motivation to do it then with 150m to go I got passed by a Fremont kid I knew I could have beat him but whatever I am just happy today is over Because my legs kill still.

Well 7 miles we were suppost to run it more at a 8 to 8:30 pace but that felt so slow so we ran more of a 7:28 avg. pace so anyways hopefully that doesn't hurt us later on but what ever.

Well so today was the race I had to up at 6:17 so I could make the bus I was some what tired then when we got there it was windy again why do we always pick really windy meets to go to but anyways Rawlins told me to run it a different way so thats what I did my first lap I held back and was sitting in last place we came accross the line at a :70 so still a little fast after that I started to pass some people I was still behind Ethan and Brayden then after the secound lap I think I was at a 2:25 so that would mean I was a 1:15 for my second lap but then I picked it up going into the back straight away in the 3rd lap I passed Brayden and Ethan Brayden passsed me on the turn right after I had just passed him he kinda cut into early because I had to slow down then I passed him back going into the wind going into the 4th lap then I just started kicking but I could not get my legs to turn over quick enough going into the final straight away I passed a kid and then one other kid passed me then I saw Brayden out of the corner of my eye out in the 2nd or 3rd lane I just started sprinting as hard as I could he tried ducking me out but I had my whole body in frount of him so I beat him by .04 os a second so yea I really need to train and work a lot harder but what ever next time I will really show what I am made of. 

Then the 800m I got a P.R. by a  second so I got a 2:16 I think I could have gone fsater but I just could not get my legs to turn over. But what ever on Tuesday we have a meet against Bear River so I am going to run the 3200 and get a time for it.

Well I warmed up with some kids on the team (Caleb and Tanner E.) it felt great. So theh they called for the 3200m run I went over with the guys did some striders felt really loss I got into the first heat with a MC guy and 2 Skyview guys all of them were seeded faster than me. The gun went off I was playing it safe I ran a 1:14 first lap some guys slowed down I passed about 7 guys I picked one kid to run with and stayed right behind him 2nd lap I got a 1:16 pretty good right were I needed to inorder to run a 10:00 but the kid I was running with started to slow down we ran 3 laps at a 1:20 but when ever I tried to pass him he would sprint not to let me by so I played it safe because I didn't know at the time I had fallen of pace my first mile was a 5:03 and I felt good on lap 4 I think it was is when I passed Tyson I think it is, from Skyview I felt really good I kept going with 500meters to go I heard the last lap gun so me and the kid I was running behind started to run faster with 300meters to go we cought up to 2 other kids so we pasted them and then at the same time of the turn I passed the kid I had followed so I justed started to go as hard as I could I put 4secs. in front of those 3 kids I had passed just 300meters ago I was so happy my last lap I ran a 1:10 and I still think I could have gone faster. Then Hunter, Ethan, Brayden, and I did the 4X800 we toke first by :37secs. so we killed it was awesome and it scored and my 800 split was a 2:12 so this meet was really good and know I need to recover for Cache-Box on Tuesday.

Well today we had Cache-Box I toke 5th in the 3200m and ran a 10:17 so good enough. Then I ran the 1600m I PR.ed by a second so I got a 4:49 so I qualified for BYU invite so the all of my races I kinda just looked in my place and ran to keep it so good racing day.

Well today we got told who was going to SUU invite well I made it so I am happy! Anyways we did a decently hard workout today. We did a 400, 400, 600, 400 with one min. brake in between every 400 and the 600 then after the first set we jogged a mile and then did that all over again besides after we finished the last 400 we just stood there and recover and then 3X200. So my times went 1:08 1:07 1:46 I kinda forgot we where doing a 600 so I think my time is off a little bit then I went 1:09 2nd set 1:08 1:08 1:47 1:08 then for the 300's I went :30.2, 29.8, and a :29.0 but I started it a little early but whatever. With a mile warm up and cool down.

6miles today I ran with Coleman after we had the winter training meeting. The meeting went really good we had about 40 kids there all for distance hopfully they all will come. Then we did goal setting and a lot of people set really good hard goals. We should have a really good winter training group.

Well six miles today up at Mantua. It was fun I felt a lot better ave. pace was 7:14. So pretty good run.

Well today we did 6 we did the TRAIL to MANTUA, it is such a great hard run. 7:52 ave pace the hills (well I guess mountain is so steep you are always climbing it was such a good run to go on. Levi led the first part then I toke over then on the way back I let him lead, all together it was a good hard run in mountains I am happy with how Coleman, Tanner and Levi held up.

Well today I toke a group up to mayors pond and ran from there again in to the mountains. Natalia, Ellie, BJ, Parker, Windsor, Seth, Coleman and I all went up it was a really steep run are ave. mile was a 7:51. Coleman and I found some switchbacks to take it was a blast then  we saw a trail that looked really hard so him and I went up we almost got to the top of the mountain when we dicided to turn around because we where running about a 10:30 pace but it was awesome and some really good hill training. Tomarrow if it is nice enough we are going to run on the NORTH SIDE trail to MANTUA it is going to be a blast!!!!!

Holly crap it was cooled I am so mad that its suppost to snow tomarrow I just want a little more time before the winter comes. Then when we got back to the high school Coleman and I did an arm workout it sucked and it was so hard.

6.5 miles today is was an ok run I have been drinking way to much water I need to stop drinking to much so I don't get stomach cramps. We did the Perry Loop today it was a good run the snow was really annoying and people were getting mad at Coleman and I for running on the road.Our ave. mile was a 7:23 I wanted to have more of a recovery run today so a good run. After the run we did abs and legs. It felt like it was working so a pretty good run/workout today.

6 miles today we all ran to the Bird refuge. I wanted to do a slower progressive tempo but I start to go and I got to about 2.3 miles and then I just didn't fell good so I dropped back with Coleman and finished it with him. My miles were 6:55 (I wanted to start slower) 2nd was 5:57 3rd 5:47 4th 6:28 thats when I backed off  then we really slowed down because our bodies are just really sore. 5th 7:32 6th 7:47. Our ave mile was a 6:44, so a good run I just need to stretch out more and then we did an arm workout after good day!

Our ave. mile was a 7:16 we did 4 striders after wards and then did the upper body workout I haven't been getting enough sleep so thats what I need to work on. I think I am going to do a Turkey Trot this Saturday but I am not sure will see.

Good run today didn't get home till 6 our ave. pace was an 8:15 good pace for the trail we ran I think thats my last run up the mountains I just feel like it dosen't do anything for me I can allready run hills really well (at least I think). So I signed up for the Turkey Trot its 4miles I really want to run in the 22min range. Then after we did the run we did abs and legs, good workout.

10 miles I did 2 miles warm up 4 miles race I went out with Brayden Perry he is so fast. Our first mile was a 4:55-5:00 I backed off and he kept going the race was good. I came by the 5k mark around 16:30 which I am pumbed about. The second lap I tried to keep pushing and not let Brayden get to far ahead. The rain kicked in it kind of got misserable but thats winter racing for you. Then I went for a cool down with Kelsey B. and Brayden Perry it was super fun we got in 4 miles cool down. Brayden tracked the course at 4.1 so a little long but I meet my goal of being in the 22min range.

7 miles with Ellie she dropped off when I speed up Levi he turned early and then Coleman dropped off when I started really speeding up. I started out slow then dropped the pace every mile ave. 6:47. Couldn't do abs at the school because they are charging us to use the workout room, so I did abs at home, and arms good day felt great to run faster.

8 miles today. 2miles warm up then a 3 mile tempo I hit a 17:00 for 3 miles I was a little tired from yeasterday but what ever I was happy with it. It felt really good. Then a 3 mile cool down I did 8mins of abs after great day!

Also the New Region allignments came out for 2015-2017 and Box Elder is suppost to be with Bonneville, Ogden, Bountiful, Woodscross, East, and Highland. I really dont want to have to drive 1:10 (thats how far East and Highland are) to get to a race every week thats so stupid I wish they would have done something different. It also dosent help with us making it to state because Woods Cross is supper good same with Ogden, Bonneville's going to be good next year and east is fairly good ugh I hate when the region changes.

Nice easy 7.5 miles today I ran by myself I went really slow so my legs would recover, ave pace was 7:25 felt really good.

8 miles with Coleman we ave. 6:54 pace we started out slow and then worked into it we weren't sure if we want to go hard tomarrow or wednesday so thats why our pace was a little slow. Highland is always a good run. Then I did an easy day of abs.

8 miles today we decided to take it easy today and then go hard tomarrow so our ave pce was a 7:15 it would have been faster but my stomach hurt really bad half way threw the run.

Today we did a great workout the whole team warmed up 2 miles. Then we did 8x400 with 1:30 jog brake. We all started out at one time (all 8 or 9 of us). Levi cheated and got a head start but I still chased him down I went 1:08, :13, :13, :11, :11, :09, :08, :08. For some reason I thought that this would be a harder workout but it actually wasn't that hard I really feel if I would have known this I would have kept them all under 1:10 but what ever I am super excited for the Reindeer games next Wednesday we are going to have a blast. Then Coleman and I went on a 4 mile "cool down". 

Later tonight I did easy day of abs.

10 miles today it felt good we did the trail to Mantua it was good and we ( Coleman and I) kept a good pace for the climb that we had our ave. pace was 7:29. Tomarrow we are doing a tempo. Then later tonight abs, so all and all good productive day.

8 miles today I warmed up 2 miles then did a 3 mile tempo I went twice around the cemetery and then went down to John Adams it felt really good my ave. mile was a 5:35 and my time was a 16:48 really happy with it. Then 3 miles cool down and abs later tonight.

Well 8 miles today ave. 6:28, way to fast I should have gone easier and done more of a recovery run. I did a hard day of abs and arms my body was just super tired. I decided to not go to the Utah State camp my sister told me that there was no one there for the distance part.

7 miles today I warmed up 3.5 miles and then did 8x200 with 200 jog in between, Rawlins told me to not go all out so I went :33, :33, :32, :33, :32, :33, :34, :33 so I felt really good. It was really cooled tho it was a little hard with it being cooled. Then we did 1.5 cool down I want to get 8 in today but it was getting late. Then we did abs and arms after.

12 miles today finally a actual long run felt super amazing to go this far my stomach started hurting around mile 8 so the last 4 miles were kinda hard and I had to stop a couple of times, but it was a good run.

9 miles today I felt kinda sick, I felt super tired. My avg. was 6:29 so I was happy I ended up seeing Coleman at about 5.5 so I ran with him for about 2 miles it was super nice to have someone to run with. so pretty good day hopfully I get feeling better.

Coleman and I meet up at the track this morning at 9 did our warm ups then ran out to bird refuge and did some things on the way to add on. Toke the 8 miles easy to make sure not to pull anything since it was so cold this morning avg 7:18. When we got back from our run we did 4 personal striders, so pretty good day and Colemans gave us chocolate milk so that made it even better!

Well so today was suppost to be harder but Hannah asked me to run with her and her coach won't let her go as fast as she use to go. So my avg. pace was a 7:17. and the only reason my avg. pace was that fast was because I added on 2 miles and my last 2 miles were 6:41, and 5:44 so there is going to be a hard day tomarrow!

Well I was just going to go 8 miles today but then Hannah asked me to do a 10 mile progression run so thats what I did then I did a mile cool down miles went 8:24 8:12 7:40 7:39 7:25 6:59 6:52 6:45 6:01 5:36 and then cool down mile was a 6:55. It went good if I would have gone it at my pace I would have gone faster. Overall great week!

7 today it was kinda rough we did the Highland loop backwards. My toe was hurting a little bit tho I will have to watch it and see how it feels. Pretty fun day over all!

Well only 2 miles today. I am so mad at myself for not running more it just sucks here in Brigham no were to train indoor. But whatever I need to work harder then ever if I want to meet all my goals I have set for track season.

8 miles today I went done to my aunts house for new years eve and she had a treadmill so I asked if I could use it. It felt great to run but the running on a treadmill is not my favorite. I was supost to do a 4 mile tempo but I only went 2 because it is so hard to run on a treadmill. It so crazy for this month I have put on 72 more miles then I did this month last year and I put on over 250 more miles then I did last year and I even broke my toe I am super happy with it.
